This is an ivy covered pub on the northern finges of Kensington. The pub itself is not much to look at other than the ivy, but inside it still retains an island counter and different drinking areas. All the decor and fittings come from the 1930s and the wood floors and plaques are a welcome sight. Small doors allow you to move between the rooms, but they are not for the tall. Food is served here 12-3.30 Monday to Friday and 12-10pm Saturday. On Sunday you can find this pub open - not many London pubs do these days. Food is also served on Sundays 12-9pm.
