The Red Lion  

The Red Lion in Gilmorton is a bistro pub 2 miles from Lutterworth and M1 Junction 20.

It has a modern look and serves freshly cooked food. They use eggs from their own chickens, herbs from the garden and make their own bread and ice cream. Food is served Monday 5.30-9pm, Tuesday to Saturday 12-2pm and 5.30-9pm, Sunday 12-3.30pm. They have speciality food and drink evenings most months.

They serve up to 4 ales all the time with Pedigree a fixture.

There is regular live music here, the Jazz Club is every third Tuesday in the month.

Very modern inside, it resembles a restaurant more than a pub, but it is still welcoming of real ale drinkers.
