The Cricketers

This charming 16th Century coaching inn has a large Inglenook fireplace and is set within beautiful gardens. It's a real gem in the heart of the West Sussex countryside.

The traditional, solid oak bar is dominated by the large Inglenook fireplace, but you wont roast while having a drink.

It serves food that is really gastro pub quality using local produce, suppliers & craftsmen. In fact it does more business for food really, but that doesn't mean to say it wont serve a good pint of ale too.

The Cricketers has history by the plenty. Formerly known as The Swan it is thought to have 16th century origins, and has probably served as an inn since the 1640s.

The Cricketers is perfectly situated for horse racing and motorsport at Goodwood and with it's gorgeous beer garden is an ideal venue for families and walkers seeking a traditional country pub with real ales and great food.

They also cater for private parties and functions with function room for hire.
