The Swan  

The Swan is an old world gem surrounded by housing, but just five minutes walk from the town centre.

Outside it has a welcoming charm and you can sit out here if you wish.

Inside there are two bars - lounge and publicThe public bar is rustic with pool table and music. They host live rock music here too. The lounge is more civilized with varying types of tables and chairs and bench seating around the walls.

The pub serves up to four guest ales and you might need to check both bars to see what is on. They were served well. They have two beer festivals here, one in spring and the other around Halloween.

For the summer there is an outside patio area. For the winter a real fire.

Access for the disabled is possible.

Dogs and children are welcome here.

Sports TV available.
