The Carlton Arms  

This is an old new pub, reopened in 2011 after a fire.

They have two areas to drink in, the bar with darts and pool tables, and the lounge with its more comfortable dining area.

They serve up to five real ales that are constantly changing plus a real cider.

Food is served here and there is a good selection for all appetites. Food service times are Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 12-2, Saturday 12-15, Sunday 12-4, Saturday, Sunday and Wednesday 6-9, Thursday and Friday 6-10. There is no food service on Mondays or Tuesdays.

Well-behaved dogs are allowed in the bar.

Well-behaved children are also allowed.
