Right next to the M6, this pub is a welcome retreat from the busy road and is near the marina on the Staffordshire and Worcester canal.

It serves up to four ales and is open all day.

The pub, refurbished in 2013, keeps the traditional layout and the open fires to warm in winter.

Food is served here throughout the week.

A beer garden is available for the summer.
